“Be impeccable with your word.” We all strive to honor our word to others and therefore be trustworthy. We actually take pride in this, but are you truly keeping your word to yourself? It seems that we break our promises to ourselves constantly. Promises of better self care, promises to eat better, to exercise, to rest, to be playful, to take time off work, to spend more time on the really important things, to meet deadlines, to finish projects….. The list goes on and on. If we cannot be impeccable with our words that we speak to ourselves, are we truly trustworthy? How can others trust us to keep our word if we cannot trust ourselves to do the same? First and foremost, be impeccable with your word to yourself, all else will follow.

THIS brings peace within our body.
